Refund Policy

At Tekniks Fitness Equipments Private Limited, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances, in line with our business model and customer policies.
2.1 No Refund Policy
Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not provide refunds for any products or services. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.
2.2 Exchanges
Exchanges are not available either, except in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will guide you through the process.
2.3 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately by emailing sales@teknikfitness.com or calling +91 7373485656. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner, either by replacing the damaged product or providing a store credit for future purchases.
2.4 Warranty Claims
Our products come with a manufacturer warranty as mentioned on the product page. Please refer to the specific product warranty details for any warranty claims.
2.5 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we will cover the shipping cost of replacement or repair, as applicable.
